You are welcome to browse, read and share this site. You may not copy its design, code, copy or imagery to pass off as your own work, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

The Zune name, brand marks, site design and written copy belong to us. Some video, imagery and typefaces on this site are licensed from or hosted by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

Work we deliver to clients is covered by the agreement signed for that project. Our standard position is that you own the code and the repository on final payment.

Project examples, metrics and testimonials shown on this site are illustrative of the kind of work we do and the outcomes we aim for. They are not a guarantee of results, and figures should not be read as a promise of comparable performance for your project. Where a case study describes a named client engagement, it is published with that client's permission.

Sending us an enquiry, booking a call or using the assistant on this site does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Work begins only once we have both signed a written proposal or statement of work setting out scope, timeline and fees.

Any estimate, budget range or timeline suggested through this website or the assistant is indicative only, produced without a full understanding of your requirements, and is not a quotation.

This site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This site links to third-party sites and loads assets from third-party hosts. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where Zune operates. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer or data protection rights you hold in your own country of residence, including under UK or EU law.
